Multi-Family Residential Complex with Amenities

On a 19,000 sq.m site on proximity to Sechelt downtown, this project was designed to house 175 residential units designated for seniors.
West-Coast architectural features were employed, with emphasis on modern interpretation. Project was was planned to go through multi-phased construction. With 4 main masses, the junction points represented the connectors where these masses shared vertical circulation and main service conduits.
Project Phase: Stalled at working drawing stage due to state of economy in 2007
